Event Services is a meeting and event planning resource for university space and service users.  Event Services includes Event Reservations, Event Productions, and Video Production Services. Event Reservations is the starting point for any group or individual wishing to hold an event on campus. Event Productions and Video Production Services provides facility setup, audio and light reinforcement, video equipment, and portable event staging. The office also increases the institution’s reputation by producing successful and memorable events and ceremonies for the campus and area communities.
