The Office of Event Services is a meeting and event planning resource for university space and service users. In partnership with internal and external individuals and groups, the office marshals the many university service providers required to provide the best possible experience for campus visitors. The office also increases the institution’s reputation by producing successful and memorable events and ceremonies for the campus and area communities.

Event Reservations

Event Reservations is the starting point for any group or individual wishing to hold an event on campus. This unit manages requests to use facilities on the university campus and guides users in the event planning process.

Event Productions

Event Productions provides facility setup, audio and light reinforcement, video equipment, and portable event staging. In addition, Event Production offers a variety of student employment opportunities in all aspects of event production.
