The Computer Science minor1 provides sufficient flexibility to complement any major field of study. All required courses must be passed with a “C-” or better with a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 2.00 in the courses. We suggest that students consult with a computer science advisor to plan a minor program.

Anyone who is majoring in Software Engineering may not apply for a CS minor. No more than 9 out of the total 18 credits can overlap with any major. Minimum cumulative GPA is 2.00.

Electives for the minor may be selected from any course in computer science, cybersecurity or software engineering *2000 level or higher. At least 9 credits must be at the 3000 level.
