Reactivate INDSTENG 4530 - Operations Research II

The demand for advanced operation research topic and the availability of staff with the skills to teach this course has motivated the program to offer this course again. Currently Operations Research II is being offered as a Technical Elective under INDSTENG 4980 Special Topics. The program would like to offer this course on a regular basis.
